Asset Management

ANEW has developed an audit database that allows the data capture of attributes for virtually any device or commodity. The system can create custom data capture attributes by account as well. This custom feature permits ANEW to create inspection processes for Terms and Conditions, special requirements for asset tags, or create required data capture specific to the accounts needs.

Another feature of the database is “Quick Audit”. This process is a less expensive audit we can afford our customers if they do not require custom attribute capture.

This system is integrated with our Return Authorization System so that products can be pre – uploaded with expected inbound RMA’s so that a deviation or discrepancy report can be generated at the point of receipt.

Professional Services

Over the past 5 years, ANEW Business Solutions has been living up to it’s name by providing unique and innovative answers to O.E.M.’s, Retailers, and Extended Warranty providers. Our skills were honed in the actual development and implementation of software and operational processes developed for those industries.

The results of these programs have saved costs through the automation of operational processes and created revenues in the recovery of assets that were thought to be worthless.

Technology Solutions

ANEW has developed an audit program that is scalable for any type of commodity. The program is a serial number based system that allows input of data on up to 32 different fields of information. There are no limitations on equipment types and these equipment types have customizable attribute fields for capturing specific information pertinent to the equipment being audited.

Different customers may need special information captured for their accounting or the receiving person to capture. ANEW’s system has a provision to setup custom data fields to allow that information to be either optional or required as a feature of the process.

Custom reports can be created via a query system that allows the end user to select any or all of the specific fields. These fields have optional conditions that specify sorting and filtering criteria so that the report meets exactly the needs of the viewer.

Inventory control is accomplished through a binning system that allows for multiple bibs within bins. A user may want to have product packed in carton quantities and then into master cartons and then binned to a skid which is finally binned to a physical location. Bins can have various identities set such as wholesale bins, finished goods bins, or physical locations within the process of work in progress. This allows for a constant true location of the product within a WIP process. For example, a box of product may need to go through a repair and refurbishment cycle. The Technician would pull several items from a physical bin location and scan the carton to the tech bench, from there the product would flow to the refurbisher and the product would be updated to that physical bench. From there to QC bench, then to the pack location, and finally back into a physical storage location for finished goods.

The system has product statuses that are customizable to the specific process within an operation. This data is captured in a status field and can be toggled automatically as it is binned from process to process.

The software is web based for remote applications and comes in an executable version that allows for faster audits and increased production.
